Skill/Experience Requirements:

  • 2+ years of Google Ads/Social media ads experience required
  • Experience with GA4, Google Ads, Meta Ads required
  • Strong copywriting skills
  • Proven ability to generate ROI from ad spend
  • Strong understanding of all Google Ads and Meta ad platforms
  • Strong communication skills
  • Ability to plan and implement ad strategies
  • Evidence of working with ad budgets and generating results
  • Agency experience preferred
  • Conversion tracking experience preferred
  • Tiktok/Spotify/Reddit ad experience preferred

Responsibilities will include:

  • Managing client ad accounts on a regular basis
  • Create and implement effective online ad strategies
  • A crucial involvement in keyword research, targeting choices and production of unique and engaging ads
  • Working directly with the our creative team to build compelling social media ads
  • Helping to create UGC content for consumer focused brands
  • Keeping up-to-date with the latest PPC / SEM trends
  • Conversion rate optimisation
  • Attending client meetings and being a key point of contact
  • Creating innovative ways to communicate client messages
  • Researching latest trends and marketing technology
  • Create ads reports that demonstrate marketing goals, growth and ROI

Person Requirements:

We’re looking for someone who’s organised, can work within time constraints and someone who’s able to both work with others and on their own. We need someone with a good eye for detail, with strong initiative, who’s able to self critique and produce high quality work. We’re ideally looking for someone who can take the role, add their own stamp on it and become a senior member of the team.

Also, a car will be required for transport to and from our Melton office and client meetings.
