The Project

The Focus Group approached us to redesign their website and re-imagine their brand identity. From discovery to delivery, we collaborated closely to ensure their digital presence aligned with their values and supported their goals.

We began with branding, holding initial meetings to understand their vision, followed by a meeting where our design team presented 3 brand concepts, where our client immediately connected with the first concept created by Elliot. This became the creative foundation for the project!

We then produced final logos, brand guidelines, and supporting assets which then guided the web build headed up by Ed. This included a fully responsive website, with a streamlined service navigation, redesigned enquiry form, and subtle interactive features, all designed to enhance user experience while maintaining speed and accessibility.

The Client

The Focus Group is a counselling and therapy organisation, offering professional support services to individuals seeking mental health guidance and well-being improvement. With a strong commitment to client care, Focus wanted their online presence to better reflect their brand, simplify user experience, and improve conversion performance.

Our Results

We simplified the service navigation to create clearer user journeys on Focus Group’s website, as well as redesigning the contact form for smoother enquiries and fewer missed leads. We also added lightweight interactive elements to keep the user experience dynamic while remaining fast and accessible. The outcome of the team’s hard work was a refreshed brand presence that communicates clarity, care, and confidence. And a very happy client too!
