On Friday, a team of ten from Superfly HQ headed to the glamorous Hull and East Yorkshire PIBA Awards at the DoubleTree Hilton, and what a night it was!

From the moment we arrived, the atmosphere was buzzing. With great company, plenty of laughs, and a three-course meal that delivered, the evening was the perfect mix of celebration and inspiration.

Here’s what the organisers have to say about the fantastic event: “The Hull & East Yorkshire People in Business Awards recognise and reward individual and team talent in all industries. This is your chance to support and share in our vision to raise the profile of talented, hardworking and dynamic individuals.”

But the real highlight for us?

Taking home not one, but two major awards!

We’re beyond proud to share that our very own Nick took home the “Entrepreneur of the Year” award! His vision, leadership, and drive continue to push our business forward, and this award is just another nod to the incredible energy he brings to the team every day.

And the celebrations didn’t stop there…. Rachel also scooped the “Above & Beyond” award – a true testament to her dedication, passion, and tireless work ethic. Anyone who’s worked with Rach knows just how well-deserved this recognition is.

We may not have made it a clean sweep (in the words of Meatloaf, 2 out of 3 ain’t bad!), but we left feeling incredibly grateful and proud of the people behind the work we do. It’s moments like these that remind us why we love what we do – and the people we get to do it with.
