Facebook posts have began deleting themselves as it comes to light the global network has been hit by a bug.

Numerous people have tweeted saying that they have shared an update on their page, only to find that it has disappeared minutes after it’s been posted.

The problem only appears to be affecting some Facebook pages at the moment with posts containing URL’s being the main target. The best way to get around this at the moment if you are wanting to share links is to create the post and then add the URL as a comment.

News reports from 2015 discuss similar activity but Facebook have not yet released any information about what is going on or when it will be resolved.
