A Seamless Website Redesign for The Focus Group.

Some projects just run smoothly from start to finish, and our recent website redesign for Focus was one of them!

With clear goals, great collaboration, and a shared creative vision, the project unfolded exactly as it should: structured, seamless, and successful.

Counselling and Therapy organisation The Focus Group, recently approached us with a need to modernise their website, improve usability, and better reflect their brand. Our team worked closely with them from discovery through to launch, ensuring each stage – from initial wireframes to the final design – was aligned with their objectives.

Key Improvements We Delivered:

  • Custom Service Menu
    We developed a tailored service menu that makes it easier for users to find what they need. This simplified structure improves navigation and supports clearer user journeys.

  • Responsive, Modern Design
    The new site features a clean and contemporary design that adapts effortlessly across all devices. Whether viewed on desktop or mobile, the layout and user experience remain intuitive and consistent.

  • Improved Contact System
    The original contact form was redesigned to be more user-friendly, resulting in a smoother communication process for potential customers and fewer missed enquiries.

  • Subtle Interactivity
    We incorporated lightweight animations and scroll-triggered interactions to create a more dynamic, engaging feel without sacrificing speed or accessibility.

These upgrades not only improve aesthetics but also serve a functional purpose: making the site more intuitive, engaging, and conversion-focused.

This project was also a great example of collaborative success. We’d like to thank Business Development Manager Phil Hindle for his trust and ongoing input throughout the build, it made a genuine difference to the outcome!

We’d also like to acknowledge the brilliant rebrand work from our talented design team Rachel Smith and Elliot Atkinson, which laid the perfect creative foundation for our digital execution.

There’s always a sense of satisfaction in seeing a site go live, but this one felt particularly rewarding. Every part of the process aligned, and the end result speaks for itself: a fresh, user-centric website that reflects Focus’s professionalism and clarity.
