We’re incredibly excited to announce that Superfly’s Creative Lead, Rachel Smith, has been named a winner in the 2025 Hull & Humber Top 30 Under 30!
Now in its eighth year, the programme has become a shining example of the incredible talent and opportunity in the region. It’s all about putting Yorkshire’s rising stars in the spotlight – recognising, celebrating, and supporting the next generation of talent on a local, regional, and national level.
Rachel consistently goes above and beyond in her role at Superfly. Her dedication, creativity, and proactive approach have been instrumental in driving our team’s success and nurturing a positive workplace culture.
Since joining Superfly, Rachel has achieved many milestones, including:
- Building a Creative Team from the ground up
- Heading up a rebranding of the region’s largest entertainment venue
- Project managing and interior designing our new headquarters, which opened in October last year
Beyond her technical and creative expertise, Rachel is the heart of the Superfly team. Her warmth, empathy, and positivity create an environment where colleagues feel supported and inspired.
